Aditi Rathore Founder & Director
Aditi Rathore is an accomplished educationist, storyteller, public speaking trainer and a subconscious mind reboot coach.
She embarked on her professional journey following the completion of her graduation at Sophia Girls College, Ajmer, and an MBA from MITS, Laxmangarh. In 2016, she established Aditis Silver Bells School in Jodhpur, where she meticulously designed a distinctive curriculum rooted in Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligence (MI) and a storytelling pedagogy.

Armed with certifications in Jolly Phonics, Spanish, Hypnotherapy, and the Leaders of Learning course from Howard University, Aditi demonstrates a diverse skill set.

Managing the YouTube and Instagram channel “Adiology_aditi,” Aditi curates child-centric content, aligning with her overarching mission to spread positivity and instil compassion through motivational storytelling. Notably, her school recently garnered the Most Innovative Curriculum Award. She has also been awarded EDUICON AWARDS 2024 honoring achievements in academia for her commitment to educational excellence.
In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Aditi has been honoured with the Women Achiever Award and the Nari Shakti Samman Award.
